The story of the famous BOBI, which is an equivalent of all types of salty snacks, began in the 1960s when it was produced as the first product of that kind in this region by Sloboda. Extruded snacks food production line and the BOBI brand was, until 2006, owned by a factory in Osijek called Karolina, which later on became a member of the Lorenz Bahlsen Snack World Group. In May, 2014 the BOBI brand was taken over by BOBI SNACKS Ltd., headquarted in Osijek. Since then, BOBI has gained many thrilled consumers of all ages.
